Since 2011, Comfort Housing has rented out hundreds of homes to private individuals as well as companies and embassies seeking housing for expats who are working temporarily in Denmark for a shorter or longer period.

We assist those who wish to rent out their home and find a tenant who will take care of it as if it was his or her own. And we help those who need a place to live for a shorter or longer period and want to create a safe base for themselves and their families.

We will do everything in our power to ensure that you – whether you are a landlord or a tenant – experience a safe and secure home rental process. 

Geographically, we cover all of Copenhagen and most of North Zealand. Our homes are houses and townhouses as well as apartments, which are either furnished or unfurnished. If a tenant falls for an unfurnished home, we offer additional furnishings.
